Real Estate Closings
Our main focus is the practice of real estate law. in that area we handle, residential and commercial loans; cash and lender purchases, owner-financing, in-house bank loans and secondary market loans, including but not limited to FHA, FNMA, FHLMC and VA products. No closing is too small or too large.

At times our clients need our assistance in setting up Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Incorporations, limited partnerships, and the maintence of annual minutes, obtaining tax identification numbers and other sundry items connected with corporations, limited liability companies and other relates entities.

We draft and prepare wills, medical directives as well as limited/specific powers of attorney, durable and general powers of attorney for a wide array of needs and uses for our clients. We prepare, file and complete probate of wills, the administration of estate on intestate deaths and guardianship as well as conservatorship.

We handle complex real estate and business transactions, residential and commercial acquisition and refinance. Conveyancing
We handle complex real estate and business transactions, residential and commercial acquisition and refinance loans. We close in-house bank transactions, owner financing, private equity financing, secondary market loans and business conveyances, including but not limited to stock and asset sales and corporate and LLC acquisitions.
Title Claims
Ted spent over two (2) years as Georgia State Counsel for Fidelity National TItle Insurance Company ("Fidelity") handling all the title claims for Fidelity and their various affiliates: Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, LandAmerica, Ticor Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Ameircan Pioneer Title Insurance Company and Security Union. His duties included the resolution of title claims involving title claims litigation. Negotiation of title issues of varying degrees of difficulty. He worked with corporate counsel for Fidelity in Omaha, NE; Atlanta, GA; and Jacksonville, FL. he also handled all title claims and lender claims for his previous firms and their various offices.
